This week I'm pretty sure I used every appliance I own
Helloooo!
I swear I didn't intend to use so many appliances today. I swear that when I planned my meals for the week I was listening to my body and also thinking about what leftover ingredients I should use up. But I used everything except for my smoothie blender and my hand mixer. Everything. My juicer, food processor, stand mixer, mini prep, griddler (with waffle plates) and BOTH stick blenders. Things got serious!
Here is what I've prepped this week!
- breakfasts: high protein waffles
- lunches: shepherd's pie with extra mushrooms
- lunches: green chicken enchiladas
- snack: grapefruit curd tarts
- snack: kale chips
- dinners: spicy tomato soup with cheddar crackers
