All Umami All The Time
The Food Cravings Are Real!
I have reached the "eat everything in sight" portion of the proceedings, so it is time to fill my week with extreme flavors. As I was planning for this prep day, I was a little bit concerned that perhaps I was going overboard by going full out with every possible bold flavor all week. But it isn't overboard. It's me giving myself the gift of awesome food for a week. And maybe it will keep me from snacking on every single bag of chips available at the vending machine. Maybe.
Here is what I've prepped this week!
- breakfasts: breakfast tacos
- lunches: beef lo mein with extra mushrooms
- lunches: umamibomb meatloaf with lemony green beans
- snack: eggplant caponata with pita chips
- snack: lemon parmesan roasted edamame
- dinners: kale miso soup
