A Week of Freezer Food
This is the second week of a two week stretch without a day off. Which is fine because I have had a freezer full of amazing food made just for this eventuality!
It was only a matter of time.
Here is what I'm enjoying this week!
- breakfasts: whole grain no knead bread with homemade tomato jam
- lunches: pork and shiitake dumplings with baby bok choy
- lunches: chicken, ham, and fennel pot pie
- lunches: kale, mushroom, and black olive calzones
- snack: banana muffins
- snack: yogurts (I bought them with last week's groceries!)
- dinners: curry-spiced carrot and cauliflower soup

Total monies spent for the entire week of meals: $31.29
Average monies: $4.47/day
No day off is no problem!
